High Pressure anchor drives for 28-50 tonne excavators

Digga's SD45-SD55 high powered drive range of screw pile anchor drives for excavators between 28-50T. The SD Anchor drives produce between 44,000 - 58,000Nm. Fitted with our patented anti-kickback valve, which controls the rapid decompression of oil caused during the application of foundation piles, you’ll get maximum life and performance. Using only superior quality, highly volumetric efficient hydraulic motors, Digga anchor drives can be fitted with a selection of motor options to efficiently utilise the total available horsepower of your machine. Delivering consistent and efficient pile installation throughout your working day, more lineal metres in the ground, and maximum returns.

The HP (High Power) range of drilling drives was developed for the professional driller – the standard Geroler hydraulic motor has been upgraded to a high efficiency, high power capacity radial piston motor, that delivers outstanding performance. Delivering 30% more speed and 80% more power when compared to a std drive of the same class

Built-In ECV

Digga’s Energy Control Valve also known as Swoosh Valve can be fitted to all PD drive units for screw anchoring applications. ECV comes standard on all Digga anchor drives.

Advanced design

The Digga gearbox utilises a two-piece shaft design, the shaft is a separate component to the planetary carrier, isolating the planetary gears from the pushing, pulling, and bending forces generated by the host machine.
